Are you popping Tylenol or other acetaminophen-containing medications like candy?
Hey dr matt here just a quick fyi so many people take tylenol acetaminophen not even think twice over 600 different medications over the counter and prescription-based medication 600 of them so if you’re pregnant you’re a woman you’re pregnant you want to be pregnant you’re breastfeeding you have got to check to see
If any of those you’re taking have acetaminophen if they do you got to find another medication because acetaminophen get this this is from the nature reviews endocrinology and you know in it they’re talking about how prenatal exposure can affect fetal development increasing the risk of neurological urogenital
And reproductive development in growing babies failure in children and adults which most i from the health coaching stuff i do from pa interactions with patients in the office people just popping tylenol like it’s no big deal in a big deal popping acetaminophen popping other medications with it with it in it
Not anything taking once a day twice a few times a day um that is not helpful that that is literally tearing at our capacity to heal to to heal our own being we gotta find another option look for natural options there’s so many so many out there uh and you know for whatever reason you’re taking tylenol talk to
Your doctor what could i do to not take this tylenol what could i do differently what is the what is another route what is another routine i could implement to not have to take tylenol because even though it’s like candy people eat it like candy it is not candy you’d be better off eating skittles than tylenol tylenol
Is a potent potential adverse effects so please watch your tylenol intake look at all your your medications see if they even have acetaminophen in them ask your doctor do any of my prescription medications any my over counter medications have it in it and if they do you’ve got to find another route another
Medication because like we’ve talked about so many times glutathione production goes down right as acetaminophen intake goes up and what is glutathione glutathione is our master antioxidant it is invaluable for life-sustaining capabilities of our body as glutathione levels go down our chance of disease and dysfunction
Death glutathione levels are low so please do not think of acetaminophen as just no big deal it’s a big big big deal if you’re taking it there better be a big big big big reason you’re taking it and you you must be completely comfortable with all the you know potential side effects that go along with it all
Right dr matt this is a quickie i hope it helps let me know what what did you switch to um you
