T3 however if you have adequate production in the first place you don’t need additional three to keep you lean while you’re in the offseason the thing that keeps you lean is starting at a shredded physique and bulking up lean and you know slow and patient not taking extra drugs to stay shredded while you grow because it doesn’t work like that you’re still getting
