Hi guys welcome back i’m so excited because we decided to start femira this round um and i have taken for mara before and conceived on it before i do have a fermara baby she’s six years old there she is um and so we’re just really excited to start this cycle it happened a lot faster than we thought i had a doctor’s appointment with a fertility specialist on
February 1st or 2nd i believe i ended up starting my cycle on my own that cycle and then we waited until that next cycle which is a cycle uh in march to begin my fertility medication which i am taking 7.5 milligrams i took it days three through seven and then i just had my ultrasound today to measure my follicles to see it what what was going on um today is day
12 and i just got back from doing that i really wanted to record it but they won’t allow me to record in in the ultrasound room so i wasn’t able to get footage of that for you guys but um i do know that my lining is seven um is measuring at seven millimeters i think it’s by millimeters and then um i only ended up having one follicle it’s 17 right now millimeters
On my left side she did advise me that if i don’t ovulate on my own by sunday today is thursday then i can take the trigger shot which i have in my refrigerator um if i end up not ovulating on my own so i will just wait and keep on taking opk’s to see if they become positive up until sunday if they don’t then i will end up taking that trigger on sunday and she
Said anytime during sunday was fine so that’s really exciting i did not do the trigger shot last time when i was pregnant with my daughter uh we just did timed intercourse and for mara and i was just seeing a regular obgyn at that time now i’m seeing an actual fertility specialist uh they started me out on the highest dose of 7.5 because that’s what worked for
Me last time and i did um not ovulate on 2.5 and i rarely ovulated on 5 milligrams so we decided to just start with a 7.5 and add trigger if necessary so we’ll see by sunday if i need that and then i can give you an update on how it made me feel this round taking from mira i didn’t have any side effects um i don’t recall anything really today i had a really bad
Migraine but honestly i don’t think that was from anything i just think that i was just having a regular migraine um other than that i just posted a video about my hsg that i did and i did that two days prior to getting my follicle scan to see how big they were and um yeah so hopefully i will be back with some updates about my trigger if i do use it and how
