In this video I’ll explain what medication I am using to try and get rid of my gynecomastia mainly caused my oral finasteride.
All right what’s happening guys max kasich here in today’s video i’m going to be showing my personal protocol to reverse my gynecomastia now before we get into that guys what is gyno in the first place is basically enlargement or over-development of the breast tissue in men or in boys it usually happens in teenage boys when they go through through puberty so
Basically your dissociation levels are way for the roof and what happens is that converts into e2 estrogen and you might develop gonocomastia as a teenager now you have several options that you can do uh most of the time if you go to the doctors they’ll prescribe you something like tamoxifen uh which is an overdex or reluctant okay so we’re gonna be looking into
Those two medications in in a second but uh that’s basically what happens what it is it’s kind of painful uh it’s very tender so if you touch it or if you skim through it you know it’s not really nice it can also grow like to basically like like you can have tits basically like you know female tits so you don’t really want that um now my going to capacity isn’t like
Severe how did i actually get going master guys so basically what happened was i have to disclose this i have this in the past i have used anabolic steroids in the past so that obviously led me to get it a lot um there’s more chances of me getting it basically afterwards so when i came off um i noticed hair loss probably after three to six months of me um coming
Off that’s when i started to use certain compounds but mainly uh what gave me gynecomastia was oral finasteride now dht is actually needed it’s there to basically prevent you from getting gynecomastia as well like a lot of people think that dht does not have a role in that it does and if you take it away that is a very strong androgen that is not there anymore
So hence you can you’re more prone to getting gynecomastia now my free tea wasn’t really uh in a good range my injury was raised as well now if i you know like basically get rid of all my dht as well guess what you end up with gyno tits so that’s basically what happened to me uh i’ve taken it for about two to three months that’s when i stopped and switched over
To the topical version where basically the development of gyno has stopped completely i didn’t have any issues with it but once you have the tissue there it’s very sensitive uh it’s big it kind of hurts when you skim through it uh a lot of people can be self-conscious about it now my going on wasn’t to the point where like literally nobody said that i’ve got gyno
Like i could feel it i obviously saw a big change but a lot of people online especially said like bro like you have no garner whatsoever now what i decided to do was basically uh to try tamoxifen but that was like months down the line i have used tamoxifen uh in the past in my pcts but i basically didn’t want to use it as it has side effects on cholesterol it gives
You like hot flushes and just all sorts of other things which i didn’t want to be going through um but i decided to use it so it kind of shrunk a little bit but once i stopped it after a month it kind of came back to normal but it didn’t work as well like it was still there so fast forward let’s say a few more months whatever i started tlt with hcg i did my blood
Test probably about four to five months after that i’ve asked my doctor to prescribe me reluctant in the first instance guys i just wanted to get the surgery done because that would mean that i don’t have to worry about going over again experiment however the cons of that is that of course you have to go under the knife you have to travel you have to take about
Four to six weeks off of gym there’s gonna be potential some scarring as well but this is what a lot of the bodybuilders do that blast is they’ll just get it done before they will go on cycle because that would allow them to not have to use a lot of ai’s which are actually very bad for you very bad for your cholesterol and mainly your joints as well which is very
Bad if you’re going to use that long term it’s going to dry out your joints you’re not going to feel as good so that’s basically what these guys will do once you get it done you don’t have to worry about it ever again and this is where i came across raloxophene so i’ve read quite a few studies on that basically what oxygen is is a medication that is used to treat
Osteoporosis in post-menopausal women and is basically a breast cancer medication so this has to be prescribed by your physician you can’t just get this from tesco’s or sainsbury’s guys okay so let’s have a look at the um study from 2004 beneficial effects of loxophene and tamoxifen in the treatment of pubertal gynecomastia basically the objectives are to assess
The efficacy of anti-estrogens tamoxifen and raloxophene in the medical management of persistent pubertal gynecomastia so we have 38 patients with persistent cubicle gynecomastia who presented to the clinic patients received reassurance alone or a three to nine month course of an estrogen receptor modifier in brackets tamoxifen or reluctant soil results were mean

Where in the law of the studies you will see that raloxifene is far superior to tamoxifen as far as getting rid of gynecomastia now as far as pct post psychotherapy tamoxifen is far superior to that so this is where you have to know exactly what to use for which purpose now my particular protocol is i take 60 milligrams of this medication every single day it doesn’t
Matter what time of the day you take it guys you just have to stick with the same timing i take all of my stuff in the mornings so every single morning i take 60 milligrams now i’ve been prescribed a three month course and so far it’s been uh over 50 days of me using this medication every single day now so far i’ve had no side effects whatsoever now i thought that
I might get a lot of side effects with this medication but so far i had none whatsoever so my sleep hasn’t been affected in fact it might actually improved a little bit i also didn’t experience any hot flushes like i did with tamoxifen so from that angle i can say that i have not experienced any side effects whatsoever as far as hair loss i have seen a lot more
Shedding but that could also be due to the testosterone or the hcg which actually will produce a lot more dht you have to keep that in mind whereas if you were just to take testosterone itself um anytime you take an anti-estrogen such as an aroma sin norvidex or a loxiphene it doesn’t matter which one it is they will cause uh hair shedding your hair will look a

I kind of go like this and dig into it i can feel it you know and like it is painful still but it’s not to the point where let’s say if i’m fighting like anything like that where you know someone will skim through it it doesn’t really hurt me that much anymore so that has been fixed now i actually wonder whether you have to use this medication for a longer period
Of time to actually get rid of gynecomastia so i’m going to continue to the end of my three month course i will then make arrangements with my doctor to see whether we want to continue on or we will stop uh but so far it’s still there the ball is actually still there it’s very small so it’s not really noticeable uh however it’s still there so it hasn’t really uh
