What i’m going through so today i’m just going to give you a better understanding of the causes of adult acne hormonal imbalance the medication that i’m on and my skin care routine a lot of people in the beginning actually thought it was a chemical appeal like a bad chemical peel no i wish actually someone actually even lost this was a funny one actually because

You remember that big green bar of soap that long-ass one that you used to purchase and you’d cut it up place it outside and let it get dried by the sun you would make use of this ball of soap for like almost a year that’s the royal puritan i’m talking about and no guys not sunlight no no no no and my moisturizer was a vaseline so i didn’t have breakouts i had
Even skin tone i just i didn’t have the problems that i’m experiencing right now only when i was in varsity did i then let’s call it a ladylike skincare routine now quite not only because of my friend because when we’re getting ready for like a night out she walks into our room and she saw me making use of evasively and she looked at me and she was like rockstar

What skin type i was as well and also how to take care of my skin properly after traveling i noticed that my skin was getting not even a breakout but like an allergic reaction and went to the doctor got antibiotics and i was also on cortisone cortisone was like my favorite thing ever because like you apply the cream magic it was like legit like a magic cream you
Apply the cream you wake up the next day your skin is looking better by day five you actually back to your usual self with the antibiotics which also helped me a lot now it became a concern to me when i would break out after being on that medication it just didn’t make sense to me you know so i then went back to the doctor and after a few tests and they will test
You guys i was then told that i had adult acne due to hormonal imbalance caused by severe allergic reaction great a lot of people ask me what is the cause of adult acne guys the cause of adult acne can be from lifestyle habits family history products and medication that you are making use of and the one that i had hormonal changes which is hormonal imbalance
And then a very good friend of mine asked me but then what is the cause of hormone changes like what what is happening guys this can be from your poor diet and nutrition chronic and extreme stress level one and two of diabetes change in contraceptive and of course severe electric reaction and infection but then the list goes on as well the medication that i’m
Using is isotretinoin i hope you guys can see this is the medication that i’m on as well as skin orange that’s the gel that i use for my face i take this medication once a day in the evening your daughter will inform you that this medication can get you pregnant it will mess up your ph balance you need to educate your partners about this medication the first
Week i was vomiting i felt nauseated i was extremely emotional i felt depressed i had suicidal thoughts and i had extreme breakout when you touched my face or when you looked at me even when i applied makeup you could see that there was this reddish undertone and my breakout felt like gravel like when you touch the oh my gosh it was the horror if you’ve experienced

So week two on this medication sorry guys but like my eye is acting up i don’t know why i think it’s because of the sunscreen oh hair okay excuse me for that so weeks on this medication i had dry skin and lips my breakouts was gone but it left a lot of mugs everywhere um i started getting acne and i’m very sensitive to the sun i’m not gonna lie what the hell ah
Like three and four on this medication my face is crazy itchy you my face gets swollen i’m looking like a reptile even with makeup on my skin is peeling and it messes up your ph balance like i said educate your partners because they need to know what you’re going through and they need to understand that whatever you are going through while on this medication it is
Absolutely normal my current skin care routine is pretty much basic i cleanse i moisturize and i use a sunscreen i cleanse with dove all these products that i’m going to show you guys you will get them at the skim and then i also make use of like this sponge the sponge is so gentle to your face because like i did mention earlier your skin right now is extremely
Sensitive so do not use like your face cloth because i feel like it’s a bit harsh on your face right now i’m moisturized with skin orange the gel that was prescribed to me by my daughter i hope you guys can see let me come a bit closer and then i apply sunlight so yeah and then for my lips because i did mention that like i do get extremely dry lips i make use
Of clarence’s hydroquench lip balm that’s the one that i’m using guys the bomb.com honestly just speak to your pharmacist or your doctors when you go for your monthly checks because when you’re on this medication guys every month every time you finish like your box of medication you have to go back to your doctor so that they test that you are not pregnant so
That they test that everything is still going according to plan and get more information so that you can actually educate your partners there is nothing wrong with what you experiencing all these side effects are normal okay what to expect from my channel moving forward i’ll be uploading vlogs i will share meal prepping as well as workouts when i started this
