Them a lot i’ve taken their tyrosine with concerta with caffeine with on an empty stomach i tried everything i would say for me it’s like a five percent maybe sometimes ten percent especially if i take it on an empty stomach in the morning before working out then sometimes i do feel like there’s some kind of like something happening but i eat lots of tyrosine

Asked me in the comments about that can you replace concerto with l tyrosine and i gave my honest answer said i honestly don’t see it happening i’ve talked about and i’ve talked about this with my doctor about l-tyrosine and he had no problem using it and basically l-tyrosine if you have enough in your body you’re basically just going to just your body removes
It you’re gonna piss it out so maybe that’s why i’m not having those really big huge successes with l tyrosine because my levels are pretty normal maybe i should deplete my dopamine and i go on a drinking beach for two weeks maybe it’s gonna work then better if you want to try a good supplement want to improve your mental performance and increase dopamine try ltn
