Hello january so most people in the new year you think of resolutions and oh i’m gonna go to the gym that’s probably one of the number one new year’s resolutions going in the gym but just because everybody makes the roses resolutions for the new year doesn’t mean it always has to be during the new year you can make you could just wake up one morning just sign hey

Today i’m going to start doing and then what i ready to start doing the new year doesn’t mean that you have to make a resolution and you don’t have to stick to it because i mean sure you want to at the time maybe later on if you realize i don’t want to do this this is as fun as i thought it was so don’t pressure yourself into doing all of the new year’s resolutions

You want to do you have made for yourself i mean it’s not going to be the end of the world if you don’t go to the gym every day or if you miss few days it’s how bout i kill you it’s not going to kill you if you have this new year’s resolution to go on a walk every day and one day you’re just really don’t feel good that’s ok feel go on a walk i mean it’s not going to

Kill you sometimes people just get so caught up and thinking that they have to do this they have to do this it was like gonna be at the end of the world but it’s not i mean something’s sure but going on a walk just like missing one day i don’t wanna walk that’s not gonna kill you um another resolution sometimes is people think new year new me that’s not necessary

I mean you’re perfect the way you are if you want to change something look if you want to change your hair color or say you want some wearing glasses but you don’t need them or you won’t start paying your nail you won’t change your style that’s fine you don’t need to use the new years as an excuse to do that you can do that anytime you want to as long as you’re

Happy with who you are then you’re not harming anybody that’s another thing as long as you’re not harming anybody love who you are i don’t see a problem with it so i mean go ahead go dye our hair unless it’s like you your work doesn’t allow that then i wouldn’t be a good idea but go dye your hair purple or pink or whatever color you want to go paint your nails

Every single day not every day but like whenever they need to be painted like peanut bun crazy colors or change your hairstyle if you have long hair cut it shorter grow it out or get bangs or i don’t know if you want to change yourself because you want to not because somebody’s pressuring you that’s okay but just don’t use a new years as an excuse to do it you can

Do a new year you can change yourself anytime you want to you just wake up one morning beside this morning or today i’m going to do then whatever it is a lot of times people think new year new me well what if you already like how your life is right now what if you’re happy the way you are you don’t need to change sometimes people think oh change has come like every

Year but it doesn’t really it doesn’t if you want to change one day then change just make sure it’s for the better or not the worse i mean if one day you want start awesome smiling at strangers that’s fine if you want to go out and start complimenting people when every like you come with them in your head but you actually want to tell them that’s fine just try not

To do something bad like don’t change and like start being mean to people or certain sulting people as long as you’re doing good i think the change is fine i mean i don’t know everybody seems to think the new year means you have to change you have to do all these new things and but you don’t so don’t like get all down that you didn’t have this awesome new year’s

Resolution to like travel everywhere like that’s kind of unrealistic try to like something like every morning i’m going to get up and take a shower every morning i’m going to get put on an outfit that i’m happy with every morning i’m going to get up and do yoga but only one i feel like it don’t pressure yourself to do something because if you’re pushing yourself

To do something you end up not liking it i mean i’ve tried pressuring myself to do a lot of things doesn’t end up like it’s horrible i don’t know i don’t know why you didn’t wanna do this in the beginning why am i doing this so just try and just if you want to do not do your new year’s resolution do something that you would be do something that you would want to

Do and this realistic and something that’s nice like not mean like insulting people or something but basically don’t feel pressured to have a new year’s resolution because it’s hopkins out into the world if you don’t so yeah i usually do these pep talks um on my blog but i want to make a video one so i just kind of ranted about i had like two points that i wanted
