100 gm makhana and i am using 50 gm musk melon seeds musk melon seeds are amazing for bones,skin,hair,nails this is rich source of calcium, magnesium,copper, phosphorus which increases bone density. this is also rich source of this is also rich in vitamin c which boost immune vitamin c is also very good to keep you skin youthful and glowing this also helps to reduce stress
Level by providing sufficient oxygen to brain i have roasted it on low flame for few minutes i will keep it aside to cool it down next ingredient is poppy seed,i have used 10 gm of poppy seeds i will roast it on low flame ,thus is full of calcium,copper, magnesium this is full of protein, fibers which is good for hair, skin in summers don’t keep it more than 10 days at room
Temperature you can put inside fridge to keep for longer time always store it in airtight glass container like this now i am going to share how to consume this calcium powder to make calcium drink ,i will take a cup and add 2 teaspoon of you don’t need to take supplements if you consume there is different types of female horlics which is not good for health my today’s video
