Hi i’m gonna now show you the sinus rents that i do every morning so these are all the supplies that i use for this and i’m using a nutty or neo med bottle it’s just a normal sinus rent bottle and you’ll see this already has fluid in it and i already mixed this but the way that i mix it is i just used the saline packets that come with the sinus rinse and it’s just
Mixed with distilled water and it’s really important to use distilled water so that you don’t get the brain of me but that you can get if you just use tap water so it is very important to have to still water i don’t have that out here i keep that in a different room but it’s distilled water so this is already mixed and you’re gonna see the way that i administer
This is not the way you expect you probably expect me to just do a sinus rinse with it right up my nose and that’s not what i do the reason that i do it and this way is because i was doing a regular events just rinsing with it in the nose but that was actually causing like a lot of ear pain and pressure and fluid in my ears and it was not working out for me at all
So as i said this is just the salt and the distilled water and then i add these desin i dress peels which i showed you from the other video so in this sinus rinse bottle i put two of these recipe oils and then i just shake that up and i don’t use this whole bottle the way that i administer it i just use you’ll you’ll see how much i use but i have to tie my hair
Back because it’s a little bit messy so i apologize if this grosses anybody out but i’m just gonna show you what i really do with this so that you can see so i’m just squirting some of that into a dixie cup just like maybe that much and then i use this oral syringe which you could just get at like a pharmacy and i suck that all the way up like that okay now i’m
Not know how many milliliters is that uh this is it’s i mean i guess it’s more than ten because it’s totally full but i honestly don’t think the amount of fluid matters this is just this is honestly you know not this is my own method for doing this so i just do it like this okay so i’m not gonna be able to talk for a minute but you’ll be able to see what i’m doing
Okay and i actually do this a few times usually two or three times is how much i do it but i’m just gonna do it one more time in the video and then you got to blow your nose out really good and it’s also really important you you know some of this is getting into your mouth and then your throat and you really don’t want it in your mouth in your throat cuz there’s
A despair right so it is really important to rinse your mouth out afterwards and verbal okay so i’m sorry if that was all little gross and disturbing but that’s what i do every morning sometimes i will do it a few times a day it really depends how bad my congestion is but usually i’ve been just doing that once in the morning and then at night i do something else
