Okay so here’s my weekly report card i guess um just now leaving my appointment and um they did the co2 breathalyzer it looks like exactly like a alcohol breathalyzer um and my numbers were in the 30 like high 30s i 38 at 39 i believe it was um last week it was down to 14. today it was down to seven it was maintaining around three or four and then i jumped to
Seven at the last second but she said virtually that means my lungs are almost great right now like she said like a non-smoker’s lungs which made me very happy so uh even though i’m really beating myself up over these three cigarettes that i still smoke every day obviously my lungs are already starting to heal so i’m really happy about that um and i told her that
I was going to be going out of state going on a trip for a little while so next time i come i come on tuesday they’re going to give me a whole little packet to bring and i’ll be doing online uh reports um i have to do my own drug tests i don’t even understand why you drug test for this but it’s whatever i’m not using so i don’t care um so yeah so that’s about it
A good report card no problems taking my medication uh the elevil that i started taking that my doctor gave me um actually it’s for headache preventative but it’s really helping with the side effects of chantix like i there was a couple days there that i was really really sad and i didn’t know if it was from a chantax or if it was just me being sad because you
Know me i’m sad all the time um but uh the chantex has really helped with that i mean at the chantex the ellaville has really helped with the side effects of chantix the last couple days i haven’t been sad at all i’m not sleeping any better because it’s also supposed to help you sleep but um yeah i’m not sleeping any better but my mood is better um i definitely
Have uh more energy than i did you know last week so um pills are working um even though i hate relying on medication to make me feel better uh it is my back is really bad um i’m gonna go home and call a doctor actually a couple doctors make an appointment for my knees and see if i can get one from my back if i can get my mri from my back uh everything’s so backed
Up because of kovid you can’t get in anywhere so um other than that i’m doing okay uh getting ready to uh go see my grandma and my aunt in phoenix so um well just outside of phoenix anyways um yeah uh i’m happy it’s gonna be good to get on an airplane get away and see some family for a little while um especially my grandma because i definitely miss having her
Around she moved back in october and um then i moved you know so used to going to see grandma anytime i wanted 15-minute car trip and i’m talking to my grandma face-to-face hug her hugger holder everything and i haven’t been able to do that in like six months now so um it’s it’s definitely hard not having any family around but i’m not gonna sit here and uh you
Know dwell on negative stuff i’m happy my report here was good i’m glad my lungs are looking healthy i could definitely tell when we hiked that waterfall lee water lee’s waterfalls last week i didn’t have to stop once to to catch my breath which was amazing because we climbed some massive boulders to get uh next to that uh waterfall um so i’m happy with myself
Now if i could just stop eating oh my god look at my hair uh if i could just stop eating that’s getting better too though i think i think i don’t know all right anyways i’ll stop rambling thanks for watching toodles
